Hi! 👋

I’m Keren, the founder of Kinettica.

I hovered at the edge for a while, dreaming, doubting, hesitating. Now, with a mix of courage and conviction, I’m diving in with Kinettica.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the space where people and ideas collide, where bold visions take shape, and teams turn them into momentum and eventually into scale.

Helping founders build from the inside, that’s always been my drive. And now, more than ever, I believe in it with everything I’ve got.

We’re living through a complex, painful time in Israel. Especially now, I believe in local growth.

In the grit of Israeli founders.
In the teams that keep showing up.
In rebuilding, not just reacting.

This is a time for planting with intention, and building with care, clarity, and courage. I’m here to help turn that into motion.

Let’s build something that lasts.

The Story

After 13 years leading People & Org at top Israeli startups, I’ve seen what it takes to scale, from pre-seed chaos to post-acquisition clarity.

At Feedvisor, I joined as the fourth team member and helped scale to 160+ during hyper-growth. Teradata and Yandex acquired startups I’ve supported, while others — like Namogoo and Swimm — were named among Dun & Bradstreet’s Top 3 Best Startups to Work For (2019, 2020, 2022).

Today, through Kinettica, I help founders tackle their most challenging organizational questions — from hiring and structure to culture and scale, with strategy and systems built for momentum.
