After 13 years leading People & Org at top Israeli startups, I know what it takes to scale — from pre-seed to acquisition, through the chaos of growth, hiring pressure, and building resilient teams and culture, even in bootstrapped environments.
At Feedvisor, I joined when it was just the three founders, and helped scale the team to over 160 during a period of hyper-growth.
